No medical mandates for almost all Idahoans. The only exceptions are for conventional occupational hazards standards and for CMS recipients (hospital staff). No school, business, employer may exclude someone for not taking a medical intervention of any kind. They can't be fired, denied service, education, employment, etc…
And something we somehow by the grace of God won today is that healthy unvaccinated children may not be excluded from daycare or school in the event of a disease outbreak…
